Dr. Emma Oliveira is not just a name — she is a force. A woman of elegance, power, and divine purpose, Dr. Emma embodies the extraordinary intersection of healthcare, high-impact entrepreneurship, and humanitarian legacy. With a poised presence and a relentless spirit, she has become a symbol of global excellence, leadership, and authentic living.
As a multi-award-winning dental surgeon trained across the UK and Brazil, Emma redefined the narrative of modern healthcare in West Africa through her pioneering dental institutions — All Smile Dental Clinic and Tooth Buds Paediatric Center. Her passion for people led her to found the internationally acclaimed Global Heart Foundation, where she advocates for women, children, and underserved communities, creating real change where it’s needed most.
Her business empire spans across sectors — from real estate to agribusiness and healthcare supply. She is the founder of Hers & Homes, a luxury real estate company; co-founder of Levi Farms, an organic agricultural venture focused on wellness through clean food systems; and leads E & J Holdings, an investment intermediary firm connecting companies to opportunities, capital, and impact in Ghana and beyond.

In 2025, she unveiled Dentélite — a premium dental and healthcare supply brand, launched in partnership with her brother, merging clinical precision with luxury innovation. Every brand she births carries her signature: elegance, excellence, and authenticity.
Dr. Emma serves as the IGC Country Chair for Ghana, and is the West Africa Brand Chair for the Caribbean Global Awards, reinforcing her seat at the table of international influence and policy-shaping conversations. She has been inducted into the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame and honored as Ghana’s Most Respected CEO in Dentistry.
